"Cacao Cherry Bomb" made with Bixby & Co.'s Infusion Kit
Fill our Infusion Kit with tequila and let sit at room temperature for at least 1 week.
Makes 1 cocktail:
2 TBS salt
2 TBS sugar
1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 or 3 fresh cherries, pitted
1/2 oz. of prepared infused tequila from the Bixby Infusion Kit
1/2 oz. mezcal
3/4 oz. cherry liquor, such as Combier
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. agave syrup
Combine salt and sugar in a food processor and pulse until fine. Place in a bowl and set aside. Dip the rim of a rocks glass in simple syrup, then into salt mixture, set aside.
Muddle the cherries in the bottom of the glass and top with ice.
Combine the mezcal, tequila, cherry liqueur, lime juice, and agave in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously and strain into prepared glass filled with ice. Sip and enjoy!
