We are pleased to announce our newest creation--a Bourbon bar! Made with our Dominican Republic Single Origin Nibs soaked for several weeks with Split Rock's 15 month aged Bourbon. Located in Newcastle Maine, Split Rock is a certified organic distiller.
This new bar is certified organic by MOFGA. The result is a dark chocolate bar that is very smooth in texture and taste, almost velvety, with a rich mellow flavor that has hints of bourbon and orange.
