All recipes call for Vodka infused with Bixby & Co.’s Cacao and Vanilla Infusion Kit. This process takes about 1 week. Kits are available for sale in-store only.
Adult Drinking Chocolate
- Make the Bixby's Drinking Chocolate
- Mix 1oz of Vodka infused in Bixby & Co.’s Cacao and Vanilla with 12 oz of Drinking Chocolate
- Top with whipped cream
Bixby & Co. Chocolate Martini
- 2 oz of Vodka infused with Bixby & Co.’s Cacao and Vanilla
- 1 ½ oz Cream de Cacao
- Wet rim with a lemon slice or orange. Dip into cocoa powder and powdered sugar mix
- Pour all ingredients into shaker w/ ice
- Stain into prepared glass
The Bixby “Dude”
- 1 part Vodka infused with Bixby & Co.’s Cacao and Vanilla
- 1 part Irish cream
- 2 parts half and half
- Combine in a shaker w/ ice
- Stain and serve
